The one ingredient you have to dose here is the level of garlic based on your liking. Try with less to start with and taste until you are happy with it!
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, quartered and sliced thinly
- 1 tsp dry mint
- 1/2 tsp of crushed garlic (optional)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Mix the greek yogurt, cut cucumber, dry mint in a bowl.
- (Optional) Add garlic
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
Don’t add garlic if you would rather have a milder flavored tzatziki.
